Talk to the people who build the apps
No ticket maze, no chatbot loop, no tier-one script. Your email reaches the team that writes the code, and we aim to answer within one business day.
General support
Something not working, a question about how a feature behaves, or help setting an app up for the way your store actually runs.
mimiapps11@gmail.comSecurity & privacy
Vulnerability reports, data protection questions, a signed DPA for your procurement team, or a data deletion request.
Security practicesBilling & refunds
Charges run through Shopify. If something looks wrong on your invoice, send us the line and we will sort it out.
Refund policyWhat to include in your first email
Every detail below removes one round-trip. Most issues we solve in a single reply are the ones that arrived with these five things.
- Your store URL. The
.myshopify.comdomain is the most reliable identifier, even if you use a custom domain. - Which app and, if relevant, which screen you were on.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. One sentence each is plenty.
- A screenshot or a short screen recording. For POS issues this is worth several paragraphs of description.
- When it happened, roughly, and whether it is repeatable. Timestamps let us find the exact request in our logs.
Response times
These are the targets we hold ourselves to. They are not a contractual SLA unless we have signed one with you separately.
| First reply | 1 business day |
| App down or data at risk | Same day |
| Security report acknowledged | 2 business days |
| Refund decision | 3 business days |
Before you email
Two checks solve a surprising share of reports: confirm the POS device has completed a sync since it was last offline, and confirm the staff member has permission for the action in Shopify. If both are fine, write to us — do not spend an afternoon on it.
Feature requests
Send them. Requests that come with the situation behind them — what you were trying to do and why the current behaviour gets in the way — are the ones that end up shipped. We will tell you honestly if something is not on our path.
Documentation and reviews
Each Shopify App Store listing carries the current feature detail, supported languages, and public reviews.
Stocktake & Inventory Count
Stock takes, cycle counts, discrepancy approval, low-stock alerts, purchase orders and transfers on Shopify POS.
Sell by Weight & More
Selling by weight, length, area or volume at the till, with fractional inventory tracking and tag-based bulk setup.
MiMi Product Rentals
Date pickers on product pages, unit-level availability, turnaround buffers, deposits and return tracking.
Write to us. A person reads it.
Include your store URL and what went wrong, and we will pick it up on the next business day at the latest.
